  2. Unter Konto: Konto löschen und bestätigen.

Ohne die App

Schreib uns von der E-Mail-Adresse oder mit dem Spielernamen, unter dem du spielst, an [E-Mail-Adresse] mit dem Betreff „Konto löschen“. Wir löschen dein Konto innerhalb von 30 Tagen und bestätigen es dir.

Was gelöscht wird

Dein Konto mit allen Anmeldungen (Gerät, Game Center, Play Games), dein Spielername, dein Spielstand (Helden, Ausrüstung, Gold, Runen, Ruf), deine Mitgliedschaft in einer Abenteurergruppe und deine Texte dort. Führst du eine Gruppe, übernimmt das ranghöchste Mitglied; bist du allein, wird sie aufgelöst.

Was bleibt

Spielberichte vergangener Abenteuer ohne Zuordnung zu einem bestehenden Konto, und Kaufbelege, soweit gesetzliche Aufbewahrungspflichten das verlangen. Gekauftes Gold verfällt mit dem Konto.

In the app (immediately)

  1. Open the tavern and tap your renown badge in the top right.
  2. Under Account: Delete account and confirm.

Without the app

E-mail us from the address or with the player name you play under at [e-mail address], subject “Delete account”. We delete your account within 30 days and confirm it to you.

What is deleted

Your account with all sign-ins (device, Game Center, Play Games), your player name, your progress (heroes, equipment, gold, runes, renown), your membership in an adventuring company and your texts there. If you lead a company, its highest-ranking member takes over; if you are alone, it is disbanded.

What remains

Reports of past adventures without a link to an existing account, and purchase records where the law requires it. Purchased gold is lost with the account.
